.After years of silence, the striking building on the Zuidzijdsedijk is revived by Yorick Schaeffer, chef and owner of Restaurant Oostkade.What began with a spontaneous encounter, became a mission: The concept in the Hoeksche Waard bloom again.

The Three Linden gets a new jacket, but remains true to the soul of the building. With a glass conservatory, a refurbished terrace overlooking the greenery and a warm interior that is carefully composed, the restaurant breathes an atmosphere of tranquility, simplicity and sincere attention.
