Oude Polder op Tiengemeten(Old Polder on Tiengemeten)

A hiking trail along paved path (rheuma friendly route).

Tiengemeten lies exactly on the trail of many different birds. The peace, space and water attract tens of thousands of birds. In spring it is a cacophony of bird vocals and all year round you see large groups of birds.

.Due to the length of the route (2x 3.5 km), forest rangers advise wheelchair users to bring a companion. This route goes to the oldest part of the island, the Old Polder.You can also choose a short route on paved path in the centre of the island (2x 0.6 km). Together you can enjoy accessible nature.
