The route starts in the middle of the polder at Zuid-Beijerland. In this open area you drive over car-low and winding dikes along vast meadows and locks along which willows and reed collars grow. Soon you will pass the Little Gate, one of the many creeks on the island. It's so quiet here! In Oud-Beijerland you will pass among others the cozy old harbour. Along the Spuidijk you cycle to Nieuw-Beijerland. From the road you have beautiful views over the marina and Het Spui, a tidal river that arose in a flood in the sixteenth century. You also see here some beautiful farms and De Swaen, a former corn mill from 1703. Just past Goudswaard you look out from the Oudendijk over the bird-rich Korendijk Slikken.You're gonna get through this Zuid-BeijerlandThis is Corn Mill Landzigt from 1857.
