The Hoekse Waard is already beautiful with all those dikes and polders, but if you also take the Haringvliet you already have a beautiful day out. Get in Oud-Beijerland off to enjoy the beautiful historic buildings!
From your starting point just above Numansdorp sets your course to the Haringvliet, where you can already visit the National Landscape Centre.If you continue cycling along the Haringvliet, you will see the natural island on the horizon Tiengemeten.
The village Zuid-Beijerland disappears, just like Nieuw-Beijerland and Oud-Beijerland. You see plenty of monumental buildings. About swinging dikes you cycle past wide polders and creeks back to Farm Shop Alexandershof.
