Wandelroute Waterweide(Walking route Water meadow)

The Water meadow route starts in the village centre of Westmaas, near windlust mill. From the village you walk through polder the Westmaes Nieuwland south of Westmaas.This route runs on natural banks of the Nineteen morningvliet and on quiet polder roads.In the beginning you walk a little over the parallel road of the provincial road N489 (Smitsweg), but soon you go to the left on a quiet cycle path.In the bend of this bike path you go to the right and you walk on a run and then straight through a reed collar. Enjoy the beautiful nature around you during this walk.

Hardened and unpaved.Under certain weather conditions, waterproof shoes or boots are recommended. Part of the walk is on a boat path.

Dogs are not allowed on part of the route.
