Wandelroute De Staart(Hiking trail The Tail)

The route starts from the parking lot at Nature Visitor Centre Klein Profijt.This short walk takes you through nature that has developed itself, since here in 2004 potato and beet fields were transformed into a nature reserve. There are beautiful willows along the waterfront;Summer dreamy, in winter ghostly. The entrance and exit are clearly marked. Inside the grounds you are fairly free to find your own path.This nature reserve is grazed by horses and cattle. During your walk you will encounter a lookout tower, from where you can look out all over the terrain and across the river.

Hardened and unpaved.Under certain weather conditions, waterproof shoes or boots are recommended.
